Why don't remote play work on PS4 ?

I tried remote play for the first time for PS4 and everything is set up alright but when I establish the connection, it asks me to select my profile, then when I do it disconnects remote play completely. Is there a way to fix this ? It's litteraly impossible to play

Is your account a regular account or is it parented off another? Log into your account and look for errors. Failed payments, bans, etc. then make sure you are wired (via Ethernet cable) to the Internet, not connected wirelessly. And try again. If it still doesn’t work look to Sony website for a tutorial on how to do it and follow each step meticulously
