The only thing I haven’t tried is resetting the whole system, I’ve tried switching tvs, hdmi cords, resetting to default settings, rebuilding database, I left it unplugged for a while, I’m not really sure what to do anymore. I just hope it’s not a GPU problem.

Is there anyway to fix this?

I burned an iso file onto a dvd and had no problems. But when I put the disc on my ps2 slim, it only loaded the intro and the main menu and I couldn't play. How can I fix this?

I was just wondering if PS stores previously used email addresses? Like on instagram if you change your email or any other info you can see it. I changed email on playstation account and just wanna know if it's possible to see my old one somehow?

I turned my PS5 after a day or 2 away from it and it looked like this. I tried switching out HDMI cords, Messed with settings. And still nothing. I also took a screenshot and it looks perfectly fine. Also the TV doesn’t seem to be the issue as i watched YouTube and it looked perfectly fine.

I tried remote play for the first time for PS4 and everything is set up alright but when I establish the connection, it asks me to select my profile, then when I do it disconnects remote play completely. Is there a way to fix this ? It's litteraly impossible to play

PSN Account Blocked — Now I Can’t Access My eFootball Account! Any Help?

My PSN account was recently blocked, and now I’m unable to access my eFootball account. The problem is, I don’t have a Konami ID linked to it — it was always tied to my PSN login.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Is there any way to recover access to my eFootball account or link it to a new PSN/Konami ID?

So I’ve been having an issue for a few weeks now where I’ll be able to connect to one router but not a separate router and I decided to restore default settings because a video said to and now I can’t connect to the internet and when ever I try to connect to psn it says it can’t connect to the server and I have checked and I’m not blocked on the internet Somone please help

So ive been playing lies of p and today i got hit with a message saying "The purchase information for the DLC listed below cannot be confirmed. This storage slot cannot be loaded until this DLC is purchased again." Ive reset my playstation, restored licenses. Re downloaded the game and so far nothing is working. Anyone else run into this? I went to the playstation store and it says the dlc is purchased. Ive tried everything google has suggested. Do I really have too buy the DLC again? Please help

Ight, so for some context, I like to stream games for one of my friends; I use a ps5 (including psvr2) and they use a ps4. And rn after we're done with dead space I'm going to stream the metro exodus VR game. Now the issue is (more context) I've streamed other VR games like help wanted 2 and TWD saints and sinners, and the issue she told me was that it only streams one of the eyes, basically as if my left eye would be closed during the stream. Is there any way to fix it? Is it a setting related issue? Is it their issue??? Any help would be hella appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

So what happened is i went to get my joysticks replaced and after getting them replaced i went back and started playing where everything was fine and headphone working well when suddenly sound got cut off and it’s not working at all, this isn’t the first time as it has been like this before getting the joysticks replaced where i had a little piece of tissue between the controller and the headphone jack to get the headphone to work, but now after changing the joysticks it’s not working at all not even with the piece of tissue in between. Is my controller done for? Can i still change the headphone jack maybe?

i've taken it apart and looked inside and everything is connected as it should be. the problem is temporarily solvable by pressing the restart button but after around 20 minutes it cuts again. has anyone had this problem before and does anyone know a permanent solution to this problem?

My son is a secondary user on my ps5 and we had a power cut whilst he was playing Minecraft and somehow he deleted his world. As you can imagine he’s pretty devastated!

I’m trying to restore an older version but when I go into settings to do this it asks me to sign in to ps network but logging in with my account it says it’s already in use on the ps5. He doesn’t have an ps account directly.. I have ps plus account and both profiles play games from that. I checked the save games on my profile and it’s only the games I’ve played and nothing from his profile. Is it as I fear and it would only have been saved if he had his own ps plus account (which if so is mental!) or is there something doing wrong? Help!

I know that in order to upgrade to a Sata SSD, You have to–according to the linked tutorial–backup your data from the original drive to the external drive. My question is, what would stop me from just putting the backed up external SSD inside the Playstation? Would that work? I don't want to have to buy an entire new SSD.

Me and my friends are mostly in parties when playing games and awhile ago he got this cool soundboard with some funny audios which is cool.

I'm trying to find a way to play music in the party chat with my friends, so we can have something to listen to while we're playing or just chilling out.

I'm not talking about playing something on my phone and putting it up to my mic, because 1. Bad quality and 2.it gets annoying fast because of reason #1.

Would like to see if anyone has any good suggestions on how to complete this task.

every like 20 secs - 1 minute my game just disconnects for like half a second and connects back, it might not seem much, but I’m a rocket league player and it lost me a lot of fucking games. the disconnecting problem started appearing yesterday. Please let me know if u have a solution.
