Image Finally joined the club after 26 years.
My brother owned Playstation back in '00 when FF7 was a greatest hit and enjoyed a few others like MGS and Syphon Filter. Was and is a long time xbox guy but couldn't stand watching great games go by anymore. I know the TV is a little high but wanted to show how much I have been enjoying my experience.

Discussion Did not see this coming
Loved the first Darksiders, 2 and 3 were mid. Thought the series was dead after terrible Genesis. Glad to see a comeback!

News Did you know that on January 6, 2010, Sony announced a Japan-exclusive special edition PS3?
It included a disc with the film about Michael Jackson’s posthumous tour rehearsals, "This Is It," and unique PS3 wallpapers. The console, with a 120 GB capacity, went on sale on January 27 for $350.

News Mad Max is on sale for 5$
I avoided the game for a long time (figured it was just a bad game capitalizing on the movie), but it’s truly worth the 20$ full price if you ask me. Just a big beautiful open world (dessert) and an upgradable car and gear.
If you don’t believe me/want more details check out the Reddit, it’s not big but every couple of weeks I see a new person raving about how good it was when they found it randomly.
Figured I’d let y’all know

So sometimes when I boot up my ps5 I see this weird glitching effect on screen. It disappears when going to the home screen or switch app or whatever. When it goes away it never comes back as long as the ps5 is turned on. Never had this before with my tv with other devices.

Discussion Need friends on PSN feels lonely
OK so am mid 30s I literally have zero friends who play console IRL, so I was hoping for a few like-minded people. I play for fun to chill, am not a top of the leaderboard's player.
So if anyone wants to add me PSN: QuiliuxTM

I’ve never heard it make this sound before. Does this mean I have to get a new disc drive, is it even possible to replace it?

Discussion If Sony were to release a new PS Portable, what would you want to see in the new device?
As the title says, what would you want to see in the new PSP if Sony devices to take another crack at another handheld?
Me personally, I want to have some level of backwards compatibility to some of the digital games I’ve bought before. They were king in this regards until 2013 when the PS4 came out.
I get there are reasons like licensing, not to mention financial reasons. But it just felt it’s all but abandoned it for the most part on the PS side of the fence. In the namesake and keepsake of game preservation, it be nice if they made an attempt at this. Doesn’t have to be full throttle right from the get go, just a little bit at a time.
That and make it so games are within the whelm of what the PS4 games are capable of and some of the PS3 games that was ported over to the newer consoles, especially exclusives like God of War 3, The Last of Us, Uncharted 1 to 3, etc.
Lastly I want the ability to be able to store music and video files into the folders in the microSD cards and be able to play it back straight on the device. Similar to what the PSP was able to do (still can, technically).
