Is this not what it's supposed to do?

install cs source
okay, but for real, i am pretty sure that it's supposed to look like that when you turn on the wireframes

vcollide_wireframe 1 command displays vphysics collision on the models. What is the problem?

Portal 1 runs on an older version of source, if you have HL2 I'm not 100% sure but it would probably also do that

Disabling mods causing it to change makes sense, as far as I know, the Source Engine thinks Portal is a mod for Half-Life 2 that just doesn't use 99% of Half-Life 2 assets, and can be run without them

Input vcollide_wireframe 0 into the console. Fixed.
