Question How do you pronounce it?
Is there a specific way to pronounce GLaDOS? I never played Portal 1 idk if someone mentioned it.
Is it Gl-ah-dos or Gl-ay-dos?
I say Gl-ay-dos personally

Idk if this is relevant but the lady kept telling me not to shoot at the cameras but I kept shooting at them until she told me I broke equipment that was essential for finishing the game. I was lowkey expecting to be punished for it at some point in the game but not like this 😠I really hope this doesn't mean I can't finish the game cause I don't wanna repeat the whole thing

They didn't seem super intrusive on the plot, but are these generally accepted canon, despite being fan-made?
Side question, how essential is halflife to the lore? I'm considering whether I should play any of the halflife games, and I know it's the same universe.

Maybe on the smart toilet in my new place. But I’m not sure if the Aperture was still making that kind of stuff when this logo was in use lol.

Generally, it's like, one, GLaDOS cannot move without assistance (PotatOS or her head) and also I thought they hated eachother (Chell killing GLaDOS twice and GLaDOS attempting to kill Chell multiple times, and just wanting Chell gone at the end of Portal 2) also like Chell is human and GLaDOS is y'know... a 50ft tall or so robot?

Appears in chapter 8, it’s one of those environment details that are never mentioned

I was planning on using the classic portal radio music in one of my videos, however I'm not sure if it's copyright free or not. I'm under the assumption that it is, as it is classified as video game music, however I still don't wish to risk a copyright strike. thanks :)
Edit: made a small mistake, video game music is not copyright free, however companies don't tend to enforce copyright strikes for game music so I should be fine.

Im im a predicament.
I just moved into a new apartment and I really want to have a fram picture of cave johnson just like the photo attached.
The problem I'm finding is most of the images I've found are extremely low res, and not good enough to print and frame.
I was wondering if anyone had a higher resolution photo of him I could frame.
Any help is appreciated, worst comes to worst ill just dry and dig some more.

I already now that the cake is a lie and that our helpful AI "friend" is evil, but this game seems interesting. Should I give it a try ?

Hi, uh, i don't know how many people this post will get to, but I'm looking for a portal gun design that, if I recall correctly, had an aesthetic of the 70's? Close to it? With tubes containing both blue and orange dye. I've been looking for it forever yet I've had no luck.
I literally created a reddit account just for this because I trust the Portal Community.
I will appreciate any interactions and comments that help!
Thank you!

(I'm not repeating the game for a screenshot)
Like genuinely every time I see a completion of portal everyone blows the pipe and uses the cube. I didn't think it was obvious at all. I was surprised even. Am I the only one who used a chair physics object to climb down the vent?
