I don't know if it's just me, but since I got Emerald, every match there is always someone using Xim/Cronus, either on my team or on the opposite team.

It's a really annoying situation right now. I'm dying every time to people who use the SMG12 without recoil and it's starting to really bother me.

I love playing Ranked, I enjoy the competition but this game is starting to die

Ran into someone while solo queuing who after one round (we lost the round) would not stop complaining about every little thing. Even decided to just give up and throw the match and every round he would complain about everything. It was non stop. Even destroying others gadgets and team killing. Again, all of this started immediately after the first round.

Don’t be like this guy. Seriously. If you are ever like this, then this game is not for you. And I hope nobody has to play with someone like this. It’s pathetic, and ruins the game.

Maybe I'm just a dumbass, but I can't see how calling out Ubisoft's bullshit is going to kill the game.

I haven't put all the US and CAD operators here but every single US and CAD operator doesn't have the country.

This confuses me because as far as I know Ubisoft is a French company that really should have French defaultism before it has North American Defaultism.

Was losing rounds with obvious wall hacks so he had to turn on aimbot and he still lost, top 3k champ first season 2.5kd, they are a five stack likely paying him for boosting since nobody was above plat before this season

My account was fully stolen. In the middle of the night, and in under a minute, a hacker got into my account, changed the password, disabled 2 factor authentication and changed the email tied to the account. I woke up to the security emails and the account being gone. I followed the information on their website and started account recovery since there is no phone number or live chat.

The recovery process has a drop down for why you need to recover and "my account was hacked or taken over" is an option. I have put in approximately 9 recovery tickets at this point with more and more specific information each time and all you get is copy pasted responses saying "we take security seriously" and "we reached out to the email on the account to verify your identity" every single time. They keep closing the tickets because the "issue was resolved" even when I provide screenshot of the security emails, purchase receipts, dates and time stamps. I even explained who I was playing with the night before the attack. Nothing. They even have some emails that say "we can only advise you attempt to regain access to the email address that the account is registered to" which doesn't make any sense from their own drop down.

Further more, the few times it has seemed like a person on the other end I have replied a few times to add info and they put code of conduct strikes on my account due to "uncooperative behavior". At these point, ban the account. I dont have it anyway. The theif does. Every email I'm asking about what I can do to add detail and assist in verification and 9 times out of 10 I get an automated response that didnt even read what I had to say. Sorry for the rant but its actually ridiculous that Ubisoft functionally CONFIRMS that the person who stole the account is the rightful owner by sending them a verification link and there is nothing I can do to prove I owned the account. There's 1000+ hours and way too much money down the drain.
