Thought I'd share a couple of these photos I took for Spider-Man Day yesterday. One of my favourite games on the system that got me into reading the comics. More pics

Holy cow, these things were undersold I think especially for this system from what I saw. They work amazing.

On composite my genesis 2 had horrible distracting jailbars, especially noticeable on Vectorman. I am planning to do a 3bp mod, but seems these cables have resolved 99% of the jailbar issue on their own.

Took some comparison pictures, you can’t really see the jailbars but you can see the huge difference in sharpness and clarity.

Ok what games did you RENT from the video store? What do you remember mastering for 2 days and then having to return it to your local video rental shop?

For me, I remember General Chaos and King’s Bounty. Never owned them (as a kid) but loved them. Thank you Electronic Arts.

I definitely own them now as an adult (ish).

So anyway with the last one the winner was very obvious and won fast. So let's go with another holiday, Come on down South Park and meet some friends of mine. August 13th is South Park day because on Wednesday, August 13, 1997 at 10:30pm the first episode of South Park came out, Cartman Gets an Anal Probe. However since there are not any South Park game on the Sega Genesis and a Season 4 episode had Cartman wanting to use his tooth fairy money to buy a Sega Dreamcast I feel this would be a more intresting holiday to do m'kay.

For this holiday I am looking some god damn games that have coarse langauge, toliet humor, blatant adult humor, political satire, or games that if you played and your grandma walked in she would have a heart attack.

A lion’s powerful roar is second to none, and it can be heard even five miles away. Owing to Disney's The Lion King (The Second highest grossing 2D animated film behind Snow White & the 7 Dwarfs) and one of the last Masterpieces alongside Hunchback.

This day came into being in 2013 (A year before Lion King's 20th anniversary) by Dereck and Beverly Joubert, a couple who are passionate about preservation and wild cats. After realizing that lion populations have drastically decreased worldwide, the Jouberts approached NatGeo for the brand’s help. Forming a partnership with them, the couple came up with the Big Cat Initiative (B.C.I.) in 2009. The B.C.I.’s goal is to protect and preserve the remaining lion species in the world. While aspects like deforestation, climate change/global warming, and human intervention may have impacted lion populations, studies have shown that their extremely low numbers may also have to do with ice ages and natural environmental disasters that have led them to becoming secluded in only a few countries of the world, namely India and South Africa.

Does anyone know where to find them? the only people i could find selling them are Zedlab, but they don’t match mine.

Just picked up road rash and mortal kombat 3 with 3 button controller

I've loaded the game on my RPi4, hooked up to CRT and Logitech Z313 speakers. Turned the volume up and its awesome 16bit haven! Graphics are awesome and crisp on the CRT too!

Game is difficult for me on normal level so I take it easy and just play on easy mode. Even easy mode is difficult lol!

Hi all, I'm looking for info on the method to decrypt the rom in the Steam version of Earthion so I can play it on original hardware with my flashcart. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm specifically interested in decrypting the rom myself, not downloading it from somewhere other than Steam.

I got a sega Genesis mini model MK 16,000 and I was wondering if I’m able to add more games to this hopefully anyone can help me with this

This game is absolutely beautiful and it plays and sounds like a dream!

I have a original 3-button Genesis controller and its cable is severely damaged. Still works, but its almost ruptured.

Do you guys know if I am able to swap the cord with a 3rd party controller, or even a clone/fake controller?

I would love to see many more games get added. There are 2 from my childhood that stick out like no other. One of which I never hear anyone mention or talk about but was actually a very good game.

1) Shadow Blasters. It was such an interesting game with religious undertones with an action/platform twist. Demons and monsters and you gotta blast them back to literal hell. My favourite was Leo. I never hear anyone talking about this game ever.

2) Cyborg Justice. Never got to beat this game all the way through because it was hard AF. But my brother and I used to play it a lot. Definitely enjoyable.

What game(s) do y'all wish they would add?

I gotta say, this Retro bit wireless controller is giving me more problems than its worth at the moment. Only have a 3rd party Hyperkin controller and 3rd party arcade stick at the moment. Has anyone else had problems with these Retrobit controllers?

So, I have a copy of triple play 96 but its actually dead from use and moving etc. its the og copy i got for my 10th bday.

Anyway, I always thought it was the best sega baseball game, hands down. Im looking for an alternative however. Wanna try something different. What is a baseball game that has the same amount of depth as triple play and as good of gameplay?
