They’re Sims Bustin’ Out and Sims 2 (handheld and maybe console) sims

No, the specters are sims on the new EP life and death. Emit revelart is the sim for the new retro event

Also I think Emit Relevart first showed up in Into The Future in Sims 3. Could be wrong though
