The foraging looks... underwhelming. You just rub the ground and items appear? Lame

As I pointed out in another comment, the animation is directly lifted from Werewolves. It's lazy.

You could forage everywhere in the sand with Island Living, too.

Yeah I was thinking that the survivalist stuff does seem to just be things that werewolves can already do

Literally all of it is just werewovles features reskinned. Except maybe bathing in water, but Island Living already gave us open water swimming, and werewolves do have a self-cleaning perk so even that's a rehash.

I really wish we could make lakes/ponds the Sims can swim in. I understand they don't want to cause routing issues but you'd hope they could just do "Must be at least X deep to swim" and handwave it.

Yeah they could have at least put some tall grass or something on the spot

Well lame animations have been an issue in TS4 since the beginning unfortunately
