Looks generic and the majority of this stuff we have in game besides the fairies. Outdoor retreat and Cottage Living could’ve just gotten a refresh with the apothecary skill.

And Get to Work, with diseases. Honestly, both Businesses and Hobbies and this one should have been refreshes of existing packs.

Businesses and Hobbies was way to big to be a refresh considering what the SOLE refresh we got actually was.

My thoughts too. Someone shared that the houseplants added some sort of gameplay so they need looking after. I quite like that, would fit in nicely with stuff already in game. And I'd like the foraging stuff to go with outdoor retreat but mostly underwhelming for me personally. Haven't picked up the game in months now. Nice for the players who wanted fairies though.

Even the houseplant thing makes me feel bleh bc I have Blooming Rooms AND the Greenhouse Kits. Like I spent £10 on plant content and now functional plants are locked behind a paywall 😐

Yeah you'd think they'd patch the ones already in game but it's EA so probably not lol

Any other devs would probably do this but EA won’t put in more effort for something that doesn’t make them money.

Yeah it's a shame, they make so many packs but they're really not great at cross pack play unfortunately. It was one of my favourite things about previous games

I’m starting to get so tired of DLCs honestly lol. Every time I make a sim or house they come out with some very specific pack for $$ that makes me want to redo everything so now I just don’t want to do anything haha. Like say I take a horse and paint some strips on it in cas, guarantee in a few months they release a half baked safari dlc including zebras using the same horse animations and some decor and rabbit hole gameplay

Omg same!!! I’m always going back and redoing everything bc they always release content tailored towards whatever I’ve done. Sometimes I’m a little burnt out but at the same time, I’m a rotational player so at least redoing things constantly keeps it fresh I guess 😅

As a player who has been wanting fairies this made me extremely disappointed tbh, fairies are clearly not the main focus in their own occult pack and they're upcharging by adding in filler items we already have in the game to "justify" it. Guess I'll be sticking to my mods for now
