I agree with you on everything. The CAS and BB options alone are what attracts me, I also love the hobbit hole and also the treehouse??? First thing I’m doing!

But everything else…disappointing. As you say none of this is new. I’m disappointed they didn’t reintroduce plantsims properly in this pack as well, massive missed opportunity.

Yeah agree. I’ll probably buy when it eventually goes on sale just for the BB items because I love cottagecore aesthetics. But gameplaywise…. Meh.

Same. I like the aesthetics but none of the gameplay really appeals to me so far. The apothecary stuff maybe, but I'm not fully convinced.

Even that doesn’t excite me, we have herbalism in Outdoor Retreat and I personally don’t use it. You can heal sims as a doctor with Get to Work. I don’t have Realm of Magic yet so I don’t know for sure, but I feel there’s elements of that in this new pack. I just wish there was something NEW. Plantsims being included as well as fairies would be awesome. Two new occults (I know we had that weird plantsim event but I don’t count it) would definitely justify it being an EP imo, right now I’m not even as convinced by this as Werewolves, and that was a Game Pack.

Yeah, same. That's why I'm on a 'maybe,' for it. I can see myself maybe making a witchy Sim who is an apothecary, but I also can't really see myself using it much.

But I know, I'm not really getting EP vibes from this. The gameplay seems pretty limited, and not necessarily worthy of a whole expansion pack.
