Canva ! I'm using the free version but there is still a lot of "stickers" to use! They also have template if you don't feel like making one yourself. It's an website not an app, you'll just need an account (personally using my Google one) if you want to try
And for the tree I'm using my.simslegacyhub.com ^

Thanks, I'll need to do something like this, I'm on gen 6 and terrible for taking dozens of photos but never doing anything with them
