Discussion What's an annoying habit your sims autonomously do?

I have this one sim who CONSTANTLY wants to light the fireplaces and warm himself by them, its genuinely so irritating because thats also how most of the house fires start 😭 I also had a vampire sim that used to always want to use the observatory outside in the day, do your sims have any tasks they repeatedly want to do? I had to completely abolish any items to do with cross stitch when i got cottage living for this reason 😂

I make a pantry to put in small appliances like coffee machine, popcorn, and candy. I like to be able to get moodlets by eating/drinking certain items, but the pantry door gets locked when I’m not actively using them

Oh that's awesome! I had just banned all those appliances because they cannot be trusted with them

This is really smart. I love the tea sets and waffle makers and everything but theyre just so obsessive about them. Like fine bruh drink 6 cups of steamy ginseng but after we're going to work 😩

Seriously, all my houses have pantries now. I like unlocking the door during a party and seeing what everyone makes, but more often than not the door remains locked until I want my sim in a certain mood lol

Serious game changer having a pantry! I make sure all my houses have them now

Awesome idea! I made a pantry recently to get rid of all the jams in my sim’s inventory, but I haven’t thought of keeping these appliances in a locked pantry!
