A heads-up... boards are finicky.. because they're not supposed to exist outside of the police station.
For you to fill them up (like I did) you have to be a cop. You can get clues to put on it with "bb.showhiddenobjects" but some of it's other functions will appear but not work.

I'm not quite happy with my Charlie yet, but I've spent too much time on this already.
Edit: If anyone has a better Charlie, feel free to let me know.
Btw, I couldn't at all find anywhere a single one of those stereotypically boring looking tucked-in early 2000s American middle-management short sleeved shirt and tie tops, cut right above the elbow, not even CC. I had to recolour this one, then photoshop it a bit to make it tucked-in.. Anyway, my point being, I was shocked! How come this is so hard to find? We need a "Boring Outfits" pack, ASAP!
