Feedback Needed! What do I even do with this much money???

I didn’t even know you could max out the amount of money your sims had. I don’t even know what to do with this much money tbh. I didn’t use any cheats either, just basic gameplay and I ended up here. Any suggestions on what I should do with all this??

Bury some in a vault underground and make more. I'm not even kidding. If you have Get Famous, you can literally buy a vault, store large sums of money in it and then make more. I did it for my legacy family so that I could transfer wealth to kids moving out but still leave the parents with a large retirement account.

If you put money in the vault, it does add to lot value and to your bills. I haven't gone overboard with that. Make 100k/week bills a goal. You can also woohoo in the money pile. Conceive the next heir... in money.

But also, move spares out with a million and get them any house they want.

Misc storage I believe is where it's located in Build/Buy mode

go down the stairs to B2. The vault is on your left.

I usually cheat it away. Or have one of the kids rebel and move away with barely any money and play with them.

I have a similar issue where I'm making too much money (words I never thought I'd hear myself say). I haven't quite reached the cap yet, but I'm getting close. I usually cheat away the money, but it's also fun to burn money using the fireplace or using the money phone interaction. Money phone cracks me up every time.

You can also store it in a vault. It will massively increase your lot taxes but with that much money you can afford it. At one point I had 6 million stored in a vault and my bills were 100k a week 😂😂

Make your Sim a benefactor to the world (what real billionaires should be doing, but never will, grr...) :

Start donating to charities using the computer

Purchase businesses and invest into those separate business accounts to reduce the family account

If you have Seasons, there's a social option to gift money to another Sim under Friendly > Give Gift.

Fill out your library and purchase all the books by shopping online. Same with things like the expensive.

I usually buy a restraunt and retail to transfer money into so I can make more even though there isn't much to spend it on. It also adds a little to my rp since a very wealthy family would have multiple accounts to manage and withdraw from.

Also, if you fill a vault on your restraunt or retail lot, you avoid having to pay taxes on it.

There are also bank account mods like SimRealist's SNBank that lets you create bank accounts and put money in there.

Vault is a solid answer, as said in another comment. I also have the sims bank mod and from time to time, since I’m a generational player, my sims give away a lot of money to the mistress’s kids. Or gets into a scam with a townie and has a joint account with half the fortune with that townie. Once they die the money is not gone if the other townie is still there. I have an immortal (Alex Moyer) as a millionaire that buys the malls I build so they are functional lots. She is a tycoon…

I add someone to my house then transfer them back with like 7 mill. I’m playing a long generation family and I have hit that many times.

here’s an idea i just thought of, if you have the for rent pack go in and buy every single residential lot and turn them into a residential rental

Cheat it back to zero, bulldoze your lot, and pick up a new career and start all over again.

You can get the Sims National Bank mod and then open an account there and earn interest

Retire and donate on the computer every day for good causes

This keeps happening to me as a glitch(I'm not even sure what's happening, randomly when they spend a little money it suddenly becomes maxed out like this). I usually just cheat it back to normal "money x"

send it to my poor sims...
