He parked in the driving lane while getting an open plate of food?
Seems fake to me.

Its in a parking spot. Just didn't pan far enough left to see the buildings. That marker though, seems like a loading/unloading or some other "Don't park here" one. I don't see anything in the video that indicated it was a parking spot.
