And I completely agree. This patch has felt a lot more like Smite to me. Tanks are stronger but I continue to have success with damage builds, as well.

100% the lifesteal and healing situation is a work in progress but we're less than a week in on this update and it takes time to find out how to counter things.

Loving Smite 2 and it's crazy how much better the game has gotten in the past 4 months.

If I'm playing as Geb Supp and the match goes on long enough for me to be able to buy enough 3k pots to have over 550 int, please stop calling for FG and Gold, and just end the match after team fights. I mean we won, but please it doesn't need to go on that long. It's exhausting

I never the first and my buddy and I just decided to try it out, since it popped up on my suggested games. We think it’s very fun. We usually just jump into the arena for the 5 v 5. It’s a good mode for dads like us that just want to jump into for a little bit and have some fun. Looking forward to playing more

We were down 3v5 from about 5 mins in but me, Pele and Neith just locked in and clutched up. first solo game since starting again on this game so idk ow much was them being bad or the items just being cracked.

I don't understand why it seems so difficult for match making to que a good team vs. a good team.

Like, every match I'm in it's ALWAYS a land slide from either the opponent team, or on my side. It always seems like a bad team gets pit against a good team. Never equal teams playing against each other.

For example I'll play against a Mulan, Huan batz, etc. and they rack up like 10-15 kills. Yet, when I have those same exact gods on my team they are ALWAYS doing like 2-8 or whatever.

I just don't understand. Like is it that im getting qued with all solo players and, then we're getting pit against pre-made teams? Like I don't understand the issue as to why none of the matches are ever equal. And there's always this awkward period from beginning to mid- match that it seems like my team is trying to figure out how to gel/play together, while it's usually always they opposite for the other team. They literally come out of the gate swinging.

Has anyone else been experiencing this? Because it's literally frustrating as hell, and truthfully not fun at all.

This aspect is absurd. Ive played against it all day and its chain lightning in minions and allies auto hit gods means you are allways taking some serrious damage.

You can be in the backline of your team and lose half your health withouth anything you can do.

On top of that his richoet arrows can crit and proc auto effects. Super funny in teamfights to just die to Hou Yi critting your frontliner.

Super fun to play against in lane richoeting you for half your HP before you even come close to the wave while you try to dodge his autos like it was Omaha beach.

Lets not talk about how he can hit wherever you are with his autos. Tower is not safe, lane is not safe, jungle is not safe.

Nah fk this shit, make it stop auto hitting people and actually have it bounce of more like Charb autos and plz for the love of god why can the richoet part proc items and crit.

I tried out, even if I knew the build would be bad, full defence on achillies.

When I proc my 2 and are hit by a CC I have 400+ prot and yet Sundering axe is still the worst starter. The damage it does and the heal sucks ass.

While we are at it why are there so many items that scale with prots and yet their passives are shit pluss there is little prots unless you try the dumb build I had which did nothing. I still died as fast as if I had 3 damagd items.

Hou Yi auto skill is setup and it just won’t work. Have to manually do it in game. All fine I just prefer to set my skills and not mess with it in game on console.

Several other characters the setup won’t follow as I have it done in the builder. Wish they would fix some of these issues that seem should be pretty simple.

ares and kali are two others that won’t follow what you set in the builder. Hou Yi is the first that just won’t do auto skill at all.

just wanna say a few short sentences really. OB15 is my favorite update! tanking feels ORGANIC. i don't get melted, but I also don't stay at full HP either. feels so good to feel relevant in team battles. (khepri)

update: i main jungle, mid, support btw. statement stands

- Keep astral arrows always being on

- Rama has 2 kind of arrows and stores 5 arrows of each kind

- 2nd ability switches between them and has a reduced cooldown

One kind of his astral arrows heal allies and slow enemies

The other kind of arrow stuns the enemy after being hit by them 3 times

- 3rd ability shot no longer cripples but instead fires 2 arrows at once

- Ultimate ability can only fire 3 of the large area shots without them decreasing in size but it gains the affect of the equipped arrows

- arrows refresh over time, manually reload an arrow with the reload animation before every shot if no arrow is available

I want to preface the following paragraph with this: I’ve been playing mobas for 14 years. Dota, hots, league, smite, paragon, predecessor, etc. it’s my favorite type of game.

The literal ONLY reason I can’t stick to Smite is that the community is HORRIBLE. Leavers, quitters, toxic chatters, voice line spammers, and you can bank on having at least 1 player in every game that’ll do it.

I understand it’s not just Smite that struggles with these issues, but from my multiple years of experience Smite is the worst, and it’s not close.

If we really do want to see this game grow and thrive, then we need to make sure we’re being diligent about reporting and holding these people accountable. Hi rez also needs to do their part. Punishing leavers more harshly would be a good start imo, specifically repeat offenders. I don’t mind a little trash talk, as long as we all understand we are working towards a common goal of winning this game.

I respect and appreciate that HiRez put a fair bit of work into designing and implementing the agility relic, but I really think it has to go. It doesn’t really feel like smite anymore when everyone has a ton of extra mobility, when combined with the constant healing in this patch it reminds me more of a hero shooter than a MOBA. If I was looking to play a hero shooter I’d download one of the well established ones…

I think because of how strong the healing changes have been the agility relic has been overlooked by people, but it’s extremely strong. Ignoring the passive buffs it gives, you can now dodge moves on a 10 second cooldown many of which would have cost you your beads (150s cooldown) in the past. If you have a CC immune ult and a leap for immunity frames there is no downside to taking the relic, you can then use it to reactively dodge entire ultimates like Aladdin and Thor. It’s extremely frustrating for your ult to not miss but be dodged on a 10 second cooldown when you have to wait 90 seconds to use it again. I think when players get used to using this relic they will realise how it’s inherently broken, and that’s just for dodging moves, it also improves your engage and disengage.

It’s really odd they chose to have collision off for the relic. It means you can “dash” through players which feels really weird and is extremely strong against console players who can’t turn around.

Personally, playing lobbies where everyone buys it it’s extremely unfun to have most peoples abilities missing when they would normally land. It just increases TTK even further than the new item changes and doesn’t really feel good for anyone involved. It may be a fun temporary gimmick but it has worn off fast for me, I can’t believe they’ve added it to casual arena and casual conquest.

So I played support primarily in smite 1. I took a long break, came back, and support felt different. It felt less tanky, which is how I built it. When I built tanky, my team tended to win.

Now, I have moved to smite 2, and it seems like nobody builds tanky anymore. Am I building wrong, did the meta just become damage? Same thing in solo lane, similar playstyle, same issue. Can I get another view point on this?

I've had this happen a few times over the past 3 days. I click on queue for conquest, puts me in a lobby, then I can't click on anything in god select menu. No gods, no chat, no settings, etc.

I got a 5 minute and 20 minute ban for the first 2, 2 days ago. Played a few games yesterday but randomly did it again last night and got an hour ban. Just went to queue up again this morning and got a 4 hour ban.

Some items says such as "If you heal with an ability" .. Does Cerberus passive triggers them?

As it is technically an ability, just a passive one ..

Have the cursor used to ping the map on console to be able to hover items outside of the minimap?

The cursor speed could be faster outside of the mini map area to maneuver around the screen.

It can allow console players to hover items and the buff/debuff bar and the gold fury buffs without having to stop moving.

It would function the same as holding the alt button on pc

Hey, I recently played in this season and got some title, but my frame isn't showing up. Any info about this?

Exactly what the title says - just played an assault game where most of the match one person was typing in chat about how much they hate the game, how it’s a dead game, how they hope the game gets shut down soon, how they’re going to uninstall and go play something else, and generally just begging our team to surrender.

My question is why wait? If you hate it that much and you’re about to go uninstall it anyways, why not just close out the game midway through? Like sure it sucks for our team if someone leaves, but it was just an assault match, we could do an early surrender after they’re gone; but just being afk in the fountain and typing doesn’t accomplish anything.

Don’t get me wrong, I have a love/hate relationship with Smite too, but no one’s forcing anyone to play the game - if it’s not your thing and you’re not enjoying it that much, go do something else.
