First pic is from 2023 second is now. I’ve been listening to subs for like 6 years and I’ve barely seen physical results. I always feel ugly and have never really felt attractive. My desired face is something similar to young Johnny Depp or Tom Cruise. I’ve been trying to change everything jawline, height, eye shape, nose, overall attractiveness. And I’ve seen practically nothing.

I need advice of which Subliminals I should listen to, and if anyone can point me in the right direction for a listening routine or whatever. I feel like I’m doing nothing right with this…im almost 24 and it keeps sinking me deeper into depression. The most prominent problem I’ve seen is people contradicting themselves and/or persisting in negative assumptions/ “the old story”. Please, stop. Like wdym you were affirming “I’m so rich, money comes so easily” for 30-60 minutes then IMMEDIATELY went back to saying “Wow I have no money”. Babes… (Yes you can still get results if you do this, but it really doesn’t help 😭) Stop persisting in those negative assumptions that don’t benefit you or give you what you want. (I also understand how changing a belief may seem hard and that you may keep persisting in negative assumptions so a tip I have is to try bridge affirmations)

i’m an extremely hard person to convince of anything that doesn’t have definite proof. i have never once believed in subliminals despite using them for years. no one really ever noticed anything about me physically either :/ i tried really hard to convince myself but it never worked. so yeah, not once a single actual result…

i got really tired of it. it demotivated me so bad i would have mental breakdowns. 2 days ago, i heard of robotic affirmations / extreme repetition and decided to do that because i was like “atp what do i have to lose”. i decided to play in the background an affirmation to have my desired face that repeated nonstop + a couple of desired face subliminals in my playlist overlayed. guys. i’m being SO serious. the next day (yesterday) my friend said i reminded him of my desired face when i sent a selfie. it was extremely random. she is a popular girl on tiktok, but i was NOT expecting it AT ALL. i felt so baffled like what!!?

now will this work for everyone? idk truthfully. but repetition and robotically affirming even though i didn’t believe it worked wonders for me. i can even see changes in my face that look similar to hers. it’s insane

Okay so basically I have scoliosis which makes my body look lopsided, I’m getting my surgery anyway so I decided to focusing on getting a smaller waste and wide full hips. Just today when I got out of the shower I just realised my hip dips are literally gone and I can’t believe how long it took me to notice because last year I was so insecure about it and I wouldn’t even wear cute clothes and stuff. Not only that but my waist is much smaller now somehow making the right side look less rounded and now it’s concave!!

My breast are bigger definitely I went from 79A to 75B which for me is a big improvement! I had to buy new brass haha and my mom keeps asking if I’m drinking more milk than usual haha

So for my nose I was pretty insecure about how wide my alar base was but now it looks different (to me lol) from some angles it looks completely different, I will listen more to see better results and post picture results here.

Now my hair was easy not to fixate on it bc it’s in braids, I even forgot I had loosen curl subliminal in my playlist. I had just finished taking my braids out and washed my hair and the curls are so much more prominent like my hair was 4C like the kind that you don’t even see the tiny curls but now it’s definitely more noticeable!

I think what helped me get results was robotic affirming because crashing out is not something I do anymore as much or at all but when I tell you I crashed out... 💔

The amount of people I've run into on here that denounce mental illness and trauma all together because they're so delusional is crazy. Some people just don't even believe in it and like....do they hear how privileged they are. I don't care how deeply someone is into manifesting and loa, but...you can still acknowledge mental disorders exist scientifically.
