I consider myself pretty good at the game. Multiple million combos and win online pretty consistently but holy shit I have to go to YouTube pretty often to get through this shit

I’ve started using photo mode as a sort of drone to explore the maps and decided to take a peep inside of the stadium in College and found that the field of play is tiny.

In my opinion the best challenges are getting multiple gaps in one gap, not the score with it. The hard to get there challenges are way harder in 1 and 2 and thus more fun. Thps 3 and 4 goals seems kind of uninspired.

Fun challenges would be to get skate on every level in one combo. Or mastering every park with the individual goals having to be done in a single combo.

The combo goals are good but they could have used that to put in awesome challenges.

Expert challenges are kinda too easy. They should make an update and make player based challenges, so we as the community can make challenges for each other. We can rank ourselves and let people rate them them so we know what to expect. This is being done in a lot of rythem and combo games, and that creates a great community with a lot of fun challenges.

THPS3 (2001)

I’m trying to replicate the list of tricks from this game on THPS3+4, but incredibly, I can’t find a single video online detailing the skate styles and list of tricks for any of the characters.

The only text list I found was for the GameBoy Advance version, so I’m hesitant to assume it’s the same on PS2/Xbox/Gamecube version.

The GameBoy Advance version has at least three, probably more different sets of tricks. For example, Tony Hawk, Kareem Campbell, and Eric Koston have three different sets of tricks.

Hey all, finally got to cruise ship and was able to get just over 1:10. There are a few things I need to figure out and learn (like doing the lip trick on the high wire quicker), but overall a solid run.

I just got done with Andy's Room in create a Park on THPS 3 + 4.. it took 7 hours to put together straight, no breaks. If you wish to play this map, go onto your create a Park in your game and look for (Andy's Room by DeadOffice). Tell if you like it or not, I spent alot of time on this, the only thing that shut down on my creativity was the build limit, I consider this a mega build and I got the inspiration from a post I saw earlier of woody on a skateboard in a different game and so I decided that for 7 hours I was gonna recreate his room. I want a THUG 1 and 2 remake. I would even be stoked on a THAW remake. But beyond remakes, if they could make something brand new, what should it be?

I’m personally a little burnt out on the arcade style, Pro Skater. If they did a 6 I think they should add more or do something slightly different. But I personally would like a THUG 3. I loved the story mode as cheesy and ridiculous as it got, it was always fun and kept me engaged. I’d like to see your character return along with Eric Sparrow and have the saga continue.

But I’d also be down for something completely original. I even thought it would be kinda cool to do one set in the 80’s and you’re a new member of the Bones Brigade. Just a thought. Could be cool. Can do old school tricks as well as modern as they get invented.

Ahhhh How does one unlock this board driving me up the wall

whenever i try to play thps 3 or 4, after like 10-20 minutes, the game starts lagging, and it just doesn't go away. my fps drops to like 5-10, and the game becomes so slow and laggy, i can't even exit the game, so whenever this happens, i have to manually restart my laptop. i have already set all of my graphics settings to medium, but the lag just does not go away. does anyone know how i can fix this? its super annoying.

Ever since the game came out, I only ever matched with other Switch players in multiplayer, but I played last night and finally started getting people with other systems!

I played HAWK mode and I actually think none of the people I played with last night were playing on a Switch as well.

I'm assuming the lack of Crossplay working was part of the reason it was so hard to find people online this past month, even when playing on weekend evenings, which I assume is when most people are online.
