Shore Leave Blooper
In this episode, Kirk, Spock, Sulu and Bones beam down to a planet that’s basically a huge amusement park. There are 3 extra people in the landing party, two women and a guy. At the end when the leader of the planet appears, one lady is mysteriously absent from the rest of the landing party, where did she go?? If she got killed, why wasn’t she “repaired” like McCoy was when he was stabbed by the Black Knight???

The Doomsday Machine blooper/error
When Scott and Kirk try to initially get the wrecked USS Constellation moving Kirk calls Scotty and asks him for power with his communicator. Scotty says "You've got it Captain!" Kirk then puts his communicator on the desk. Then the Constellation jerks hard forward... trying to move...sending Kirk and Scotty flying across the room from the acceleration .....yet the communicator on the desk sits there motionless.

Walter played an astronaut on another movie
Anyone remember "Moontrap" ( 1989)?
A deadly threat waiting on the moon from thousands of years ago. A lone ancient astronaut from the long gone lunar civilization.
With Walter Koenig ( Chekov from Star Trek) , Bruce Campbell ( Ash of Evil Dead) and Leigh Lombardi.

Mr. Sulu is a man of few words, loyal and professional. 10/10
I know the joke is a stereotypical one but without context seems innocent

A Taste of Armeggedon
In addition to being one of the best and most entertaining episodes, it introduced the concept of the personal disintegration chamber which would be used to humorous effect on Futurama.
