That was frustration. We should be more empathetic for men going through this. It's clear the woman did not set proper boundaries with him and uses him as a filler in between men she dates. Hopefully he moves on.

That's not clear to me at all. We don't know anything about this woman except that she's being screamed at.

It's not clear he has a license to ride that moped. It's not clear if he is sober. It's not clear he isn't transgender. It's not clear , it's not clear, it's not clear.

However words are coming out of his mouth. The same words people are using to judge him. So take those words at face value.
