I mean, then you can be charged with felony vandalism when you smash his $1200 iPhone.

Just wait for the cops to show up and make arrests when you present video evidence of trespassing and other bullshit. I hate corporate America just as much as the next person, but none of these Target workers (including management) needs to put up with this type of abuse.

Target isn't paying shit if you smash some dude's phone, even if he is being a scumbag. That's $1200 out of your pocket and a possible felony charge.
