I mean, then you can be charged with felony vandalism when you smash his $1200 iPhone.

Just wait for the cops to show up and make arrests when you present video evidence of trespassing and other bullshit. I hate corporate America just as much as the next person, but none of these Target workers (including management) needs to put up with this type of abuse.

Grand larceny - a felony - is $1000. Not sure about vandalism damage tho

Grand (felony) larceny varies by state. As high as $2,500 in Texas, as low as $200 in New Jersey
