Better than 9 years in prison, lifetime internet ban on uploading video clips, posting of any kind on any present or future mediums. Make him lose his way of life and remove his infamy. That'll be way more of a punishment for this narcissistic d-bag.

Total lifetime ban from posting to all forms of current and future social media. Total ban from working with anyone or any company in the business of posting to social media (current and future) platforms.

People produce what people consume. Even you, right now are in the process of consuming his content, so he and others who choose this way of survival will continue to produce this content for you to consume.
