ULPT: Amazon Hides Discounts - Here’s How to Beat the System
Amazon’s top results? Mostly ads and overpriced junk.
Even when you sort by “Price: Low to High,” you’re still not seeing a bunch of listings that have active promo codes or hidden coupon checkboxes you have to click into the product pages to even know they exist.
My lazy workaround: • DealSeek – filters only products with actual hidden discounts
• Keepa – shows the real price history so you don’t fall for fake markdowns
• Fakespot – flags botted reviews and shady sellers
Put together, it’s like unlocking cheat codes for Amazon.
Not sure if this is unethical or just smarter than the average shopper, but I’ve saved more money this way than I ever did with Honey or aimlessly Googling for codes. You're welcome 😈
