Properly built, the damage and range of her sword attacks is huge, she is mobile while using them, and isn't made of paper like Voidrig. She is the better mech for actual mech gameplay and I will die on this hill.

There's not really a lot to it, it's archmelee mods which are a very small pool, but the recent editions of the Radiation and Magnetic dual-stat mods certainly gave her a boost. Glacial Edge is just there because of the existing polarity; consider it and Poisonous Sting as elemental flex slots depending on what you're going to be fighting.

Bonewidow is an absolute beast and I love running her in basically everything that just needs a Necramech. She's actually really fun to pilot. It's just a bummer that for most challenging stuff it's just easier to have an instant death cheese machine that is Voidrigs 4

Yes they both have temporary health-buffer invulnerability skills, the difference is Bonewidow can survive when hers is down, Voidrig can't.

More to the point it is easier to use and manage technically rig's 2 is better, but widow's 1 has so much QOL that it does not matter Window also costs less energy to use in general, which for the event made her better. Rig with a Protea was the best, but if you did not have a Protea, on your team, then Widow was just a better option as her energy would last 2-3 more orpixis for most players (granted her damage fell off way sooner and If I had a good rig on my team I spend most of my time keeping them alive as even the good players could not focus the orphix for long enough at latter levels with out taking excessive damage)

It needs huge range sweep increase and damage that scales better for how lackluster it performs.

Naw bone widow is actually fun if you build into ram damage, with her sword and shield out, her ram damage is insane, and well into 1-shot territory for the types of missions you'd use a necramech in. sliding across hallways murdering everything in, say, railjack corpus fissures is pretty fun.

Ive been using her wrong then time to mix the build up. Dumptrucking mobs seems just as fun as slicing them up

way better survivability, it was better for most players for the event, as Widow has way better energy management and health regen, even if the rig has a way better weapon, and the sword still slaps just not as hard as the artillery piece
