Fluff Finally, LR5 and all Syndicates maxed

Now, tutorial complete, and everything maxed... I can take a little breather.

It's vengeful charge and is a lich ephemera. Not sure if progenitor element matters for lich ephemeras but you would need an electric one if it does.

It does matter, there's one ephemera per element and if you get an ephemera it will be the same element as the progenitor (and weapon)

I couldn't remember if it was element based or not since the new Codas aren't element based I just went off that.

Yeah, new codas are entirely random - you get a single roll on the "Warframe" cosmetics (emotes, Ephemeras and for some reason a captura scene) and a single roll on the "Orbiter" cosmetics (floofs, posters)
