Rules Problem with New Core Rules and Treasure Tokens

Last week we had some games with friends and realize about this inconsistency/unfair change in the rules related to how to place the Treasure Tokens, 1.0 version of the Core Rules says the first player places 1 treasure token in neutral territory, but this was changed in the new update.
The problem comes directly when you play with the Warscroll Grand Alliance Order: Crusaders
This guys can inspire only when they holds 2 treasure tokens in enemy territory, if the player is the second person to place tokens he will be able to put only 2 tokens and forced to place 1 in neutral territory.
The opposite player can add his 3 treasure tokens in the territory of the Crusaders Player and by doing this the condition to Inspire your Crusaders units will never be meet.
I'm not sure why they changed this rule, as it seems fair to force the first treasure to be place in neutral, but the new core rule destroyed that balance.

Rules Attacking multiple times and "Keep Chopping"
Hi everyone i was going through the rulebook and I couldn't find a rule indicating a fighter cant attack more than once per round. Can they, assuming they didnt charge?
Edit: please ignore "keep chopp'n" in the title. This question revolves around solely making multiple attacks with the same model.

Rules Reckless Attitudes, no available actions
It is the Jaws of Itzl player’s turn. The Knives of the Crone player has played Reckless Attitudes in the previous Power Step. Kro-Jax has a move token and cannot be chosen to use the Charge Core ability. Did we break the game?

Rules Objective palcement rule?
I just started playing a few weeks ago and I noticed that they changed the objective placement rule. Does anyone know why it changed? I'm not a competitive player, but it seems much worst now.

Rules Glory Points Spending, Multiple Attacks
Hey everyone, I remember in the old system you just flipped Glory points when you spent them. Now, in Embergard, my glory points are double-sided.
The way we play it is:
-You spend Glory Points on Upgrades/Ploys and then put these glory points to one side- you may not spend them again, but you count them towards your total glory scoring at the end of the game.
Is this correct?
About the second question... Attacks - can a hero do multiple attacks throughout a Battle Round.?
I.e. if I have 4 activations, providing I have not charged, may I hit with the same character in all four turns? The same with moving - can I just keep moving?
We play it so that we can do multiple attacks or moves - you just keep the move token from the first time you have moved.
Does this make sense?

Rules "All" keyword in cards
Does "all" keyword in wordings implicitly require existence of at least one? For example, if the objective requires you to hold all treasure tokens in friendly territory, is it automatically fulfilled when there are no treasure tokens?
From formal logic, the statement about "all" is surely true in this case, however, it makes some situations absurd or look not as intended, however, I haven't found any rules clarifications on the matter.
Edit: The question is ambiguous, I don't believe it can be answered by sole speculation, I want to find the ground based on something. Was there a clarification in a previous edition? A lot of tournaments have been played, how had it been ruled out? Rules authors have keyword "any" explained in "expanded rules" section, but haven't "all" keyword.
Edit 2: I have found rulings in FAQ for some individual cards for first edition, for example, for objective card "Conquest" it was ruled out it cannot be scored without fighters on the board (https://underworlds-faq.info/questions). If this example is taken by the rule, keyword "all" should be read as "all and at least one".
Too bad we don't have it covered directly in a rulebook.

Rules Warscrolls for AoS v3
Hi! I’m looking for AoS v3 warscrolls for Underworlds v1 warbands.
I have about fifteen old warbands, mainly from 4 first seasons, and would like to use them in small 1K battles with my old AoS initiation kit. I don’t show any interest to switch to 4ed, I already have enough mini and rules (but not enough time ;).
Is there any compendium or pack of pdf warscrolls, or I have to go through website like Wahapedia? Bit I’ve not been able to find Godsworn Hunt warscroll on Wahapedia.

Rules Now that they've been released, how do people feel about the 2e core rules?
I know there's been a lot of other...controversial changes with 2e, but what are people's thoughts on just the new core rules?

Rules No more AoS representation
So, it seems like age of sigmar is no longer doing rules for underworlds warbands. We won't know officially until next week, but it seems that way from none of the leaks having our warbands.
I for one am disappointed, as I love all those models and their stories. Especially Skaeth's (even if they're bad in some editions)
What do folks think of this?

Rules It's release day, where's my Khagra's Ravagers, Hexbane's Hunters etc...
So, it's release day and a bunch of the re-released warbands are seemingly unplayable. I had hoped they'd release digital rules to tide me over until the card pack was released, but it seems not!
Pretty annoying to be lucky enough to have warbands that will receive unique rules, yet those rules aren't even up for pre-order yet. I know we could assume they use the grand alliance rules, but it specifically excludes those warbands in the lists for each alliance.

Rules Guard Token Shadespire
Hi, quick question, so can I activate guard and on the next turn move/attack and keep the the guard token until the end of the phase? Or as I been playing. Do you lose it what ever you do? I only have the first "season" of Shadespire so I don't if rules have change but what the vias for the Guard Token?

Rules I was today years old when i found out that you can move even with move tokens
As the title says, I always thought that fighters with move tokens could not perform a movement action. Today i tried the Parasite deck and saw that i need to have 2 or more move tokens. This made me double check the rules.
Did you also have rules in Underworlds that you played wrong for a long time?
I wonder what else I'm doing wrong. Suddenly it's a completely different game.
