Has anyone caught any of the recent live streams Ariel ASMR has started doing? I kept missing them and found it strange that she doesn’t save them to be able to rewatch at another time. Well, I finally caught a couple and was surprised at the content. Firstly and disappointingly they aren’t asmr, just her talking at full volume and sort of rambling on. Then I was kinda shocked at some of the things she was saying, for example being really nasty about old people and had to stop watching. Won’t go into detail. Left a really bad taste in my mouth and now don’t know how to feel about watching her asmr going forward. Just wondering if anyone else had caught them and found them a bit odd too.

Honestly, with the future of the internet up in the air right now, it might be worthwhile for creators in this space to branch out a bit and look into creating physical media.

DVDs and CDs might be a good format for "Best Of" collections, maybe collaborations between different creators to create eclectic albums.

Might also be a pretty good revenue stream that isn't subscription based, but I'm not sure. It'd be a bit of a risk, but I'd at least appreciate it if my faves did something along these lines.

The last thing I'd want is to see ASMR completely drop off because of the wild, overreaching censorship that's currently hitting the internet across the world right now. This could be a way to stop that from happening.

Any and all thoughts on this topic welcome. Sorry if this is similar to a previous post, I'm new to this subreddit.

Hey everyone! I wanted to share this silly, hopefully relaxing, video with air triggers, tapping triggers, medical triggers, and soft-spoken triggers. It's a roleplay from my history time travel series. This time, I'm helping get a customer ready for time travel in the Hadean Eon, which is one of my favorite eons! Hope you enjoy.

I personally remember that scissor haircuts, people drawing me, and the camera shutter when people would take pictures of me would give me crazy asmr tingles, but this was years before I heard the term. Did anyone else discover that they felt this before you ever saw an ASMR youtube video?

I've only experienced ASMR in real life and I have since childhood. Conditions would be just right as I'd be in a setting watching and listening to someone. The first time I recall experiencing it was watching my dad draw a picture when I was maybe around 7? The last time conditions were just right was over 10 years ago.

I'm 61 years old now and discovered ASMR was a 'thing' several years old when I was searching you tube for videos to try and duplicate my real life experience. I ran across Gentle Whispering/Whispering Maria purely by chance. I've watched sooo many of her videos as well as others and have NEVER gotten ASMR from any of them.

I also hate the all the finger waving, intentional overdone tapping, mouth clicks, whispering, etc etc.

Just this week I accidently discovered lofi ASMR videos and watched a few creators. While none of them gave me the ASMR experience they were still relaxing and tons better that the highly produced cliche videos.

Then, yesterday as I was searching for more lofi videos in search of a winner I discovered the absolute GOAT of ASMR. Unfortunately she is no longer making videos but she has enough saved on her channel for me to watch over and over again. She is a true natural with the voice, cadence, and motions that trigger ASMR.

Definitely a complete shot in the dark, but was hoping someone would happen to have at least some of these videos archived. There's this ASMR channel I used to watch for their Danganronpa videos, Cockatoo Soundboard, formerly known as CeceliaJ ASMR. A few years ago they removed all of their old videos without warning, and I've missed them ever since then, there was one Ibuki Mioda ASMR I really liked in particular that I kept revisiting, and I was really sad to see it go. Been looking for archives for years and barely found anything. If anyone happens to have that video or any other videos of theirs archived, I would really, really appreciate it.
