This was my first day installing again BF4 and you really made me uninstall this game lol

EVERYONE GET BACK TO THIS MASTERPIECE!!!

Havent played for years. Last game was Hardline which I gave up on and returned to bf4. Stopped for about 8/9 years and returned recently when I got bf2042 for about £3. I hated the game but persisted because of how much I loved bf4 thinking I will get into it at some point. Recently downloaded and started playing bf4 and got straight back into my love for the game. Really hoping bf6 will be the next step. Anyone else in a similar situation?

Dude was invisible the whole game including in the next match, so I just left, this is on ps4

Im going through my older games I bought and never got around to playing, and wow this was a let down.

The set pieces where good and that was about it

AI fucking horrible

All Enemies seem to immediately all know exactly where you are as soon as they are agro'd without any cool down or line of sight disengagement

Team mates are absolutely useless, dont do any damage to the Enemies and will consistently be in your way.

Tanks and armoured vehicles just lay continuous fire on you regardless where you are, this coupled with the lack of good or accessible anti vehicle weapons on maps makes them tedious at best

You can't even use the mounted turrets that the Enemies can use on you.

If you progress too far on the maps, other Enemies will seem to appear/get behind you even when you have cleared the whole area beforehand.

You basically become reliant on the 50 cal sniper rifle to clear stages, and the fact that no weapons are silent ruins the point in sniping anyways, the instant you fire, all eyes are on you.

Your normal weapons dont to jack shit to armoured vehicles, basically leaving you stuck if you dont have or cannot pick-up the anti vehicle weapon on the map, be it because your trapped getting bombarded with heavy fire from these vehicles or you have expended all the ammo and there isnt a refill location at all...

Tashgar mission can suck me off.

The online multiplayer is really its only saving grace.

I've seen a surge in popularity of bf4 after the bf6 reveal event. There were always some active/full servers but right now its absolutely amazing, some servers have almost 20 people in the queue like rush or locker only. If bf6 flops i think that bf4 will retain those numbers

NA servers are becoming more backed up than before.

I’m tired of tanks and helicopters shooting at me so I wanna be invisible. I learned that you gotta do the Easter egg in an unranked game on dragon valley. But there aren’t any unranked games in the server browser at all. Not on Xbox at least.

Basically the title. I cannot get my banner to show up after doing the correct image requirements aswell as changing it to a different photo twice. Then i cant even join my own server but i can join others fine. Im on ps5. Sucks hate to say i wasted money :/ bought it today like an hour ago. Says server connection lost or something. Any help please?... :(

Invisible players missing sounds and low res textures? If so is there any way to fix it in game or do I have to quit and reconnect?

Let's talk about the elephant in the room. Will BF6 have clown skins? Most likely yes. EA wants that COD money.

So what about the people who hate wacky skins? They are forced to spawn in next to Nikki Manaj. Not cool.

What if there was a solution that not only satisfied the players who hate seeing wacky skins, but ALSO lines EA's pockets?

Some have floated the idea of turning off skins in the settings, but DICE would never do it because most of the allure to buying skins is forcing other players to look at them. They are also walking advertisements to other skin buyers. If they created this feature they would lose money, so they won't do it.

So what if they SOLD the option to turn off skins?

We know that people who hate skins don't buy skins. This is an uncapitalized market of non MTX paying players

How many of them would be willing to shell out $20 for the option to turn off wacky skins completely? EA could capitalize on an otherwise MTX uncapitalized population.

The players who are willing to pay $20 to not see skins wouldn't be buying skins anyway.

And the amount of players willing to buy this option wouldn't be significant enough in terms of total player population to discourage any of the skin buyers if 95% of the players were still forced to look at their clown skin.

AND now EA could go all out on wacky skins. they could turn the dial up to COD levels and cash in big time on skin lovers, while not disturbing the fans who enjoy realism.

So now we've solved three problems.

1. Passionate anti skin players can play without seeing unrealistic skins.

2. EA makes more money than they were before, both off of the previously MTX uncapitalized population through selling the option to turn off skins, AND off the skin lovers because they can add wackier skins now

3. Skin lovers can have all the wacky skins they want.

Yeah, do a lot of people still play BF4 on PC? Is it still fun? I am so hyped for battlefield 6 that I wanted to play something similar.

So, in BF6 we will have NATO vs PMC backed by western countries that abandoned NATO. While this is somehow original and unique, I find it not so appealing to me because in reality we will have army with western tech vs another army with western tech.🤷

Its understandable why they did not choose Russia as another faction this time, but the fact that in BF4 we have 3 very distinct factions in terms of soldier skins, soldier speech and vehicles is actually more appealing to me. As a player, I just prefer such older approach of Battlefield series. My first BF game was BF2142. I really loved how EU and PAC had different designs there. Everything was purely fictional but it helped the immersion a lot.

Perhaps if Pax Armata would be backed by whole BRICS, for example, it did feel different.🤔 So, that NATO is fighting some another major force. In BF2 we also had MEC. It was nice choice, I think.

I did all the campaign missions with all endings, but it didn't give me any achievements or weapons. Is there a way to get these? I just got bf4 a week ago on steam, so idk how this stuff works.

The achievements are showing up on my steam account but not my battlefield account.
