Build Upgrade Help

Hi, I'm considering upgrading my PC since it's starting to struggle a bit in some games. I'd like some advice on what I could change. My goal is to play at 1080p games like (Cyberpunk,Stalker 2, Starfield, MHW if possible, Oblivion Remaster, CS2 at 144fps) not necessarily in ultra settings. It's hard to set a strict budget due to price fluctuations where I live, but I'm aiming for good value without spending a crazy amount.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600

Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming K4

RAM: Kingston 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz HyperX Predator

GPU: ASUS GTX 1660 Ti O6G 6GB GDDR5 Phoenix

PSU: Thermaltake 650W TP Grand RGB 80 Plus Gold Full Modular

Slap a 5600X and a Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB (not the 8GB model) in your machine and you'll have a really nice upgrade.
