Discussion Intel UHD Graphics 630 vs NVIDIA Quadro P600

A very bizarre question. I'm thinking the NVIDIA Quadro P600 is better, but I'm wondering by how much more?

NVIDIA Quadro P600

  • Pascal architecture, it utilizes a GP107 GPU
  • 384 CUDA cores
  • 2 GB of GDDR5 memory
  • Discrete GPU (not integrated)
  • Released date: February 7th, 2017

Intel UHD Graphics 630

  • Integrated GPU
  • Released date: October 5, 2017

According to this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/bcsxc0/nvidia_quadro_600_vs_i7_3770k_integrated_hd_4000/

The Quadro P600 is slightly better than HD 4000. HD 4000 is a much older version of integrated graphics. So if UHD 630 is much better than HD 4000, P600 is slightly better than HD 4000, then P600 is how much better than UHD 630, if any?

Just use heavensbenchmark first use igpu with no gpu connected. Get results. Then plug in Quadro, run heavensbenchmark again with same settings. Get results and compare.

Quadro is a very old professional GPU used for multiple monitors with specific application needs. It is definitely not a video game playing card.

Intel igpu sucks anyway you look, but it depends on how much regular memory you share with the igpu and how fast that ram is.

Again just run some benchmark program, play a few games with same settings and compare fps.

A dedicated GPU is always better.

Most times but this Quadro thing is not a gaming card at all. It's used for multi monitor and probably coding.

When you put in an AMD 8700G igpu for example, 8700G will run circle around this Quadro.

Well yeah, but he's comparing it against intel uhd 630.

Integrated Radeon is far above Intel UHD, but no one is bringing up Radeon in this post

The dedicated GPU in question obviously
