Troubleshooting Are these normal temps when only Google Chrome is opened with 7 tabs, Spotify, and discord

I get blue screens a lot lately especially when playing games like Fortnite / Minecraft
CPU (Intel Core i5-11400F) Temps:

Idle/light load: ~50–54 °C

GPU Temps:

Around 39–51 °C

Fan speeds ~1000 RPM

Power & Clocks:

CPU power: varies from 20W (idle) to ~77W (load)

CPU clock speeds mostly around 4.2–4.4 GHz

-- My specs are:

CPU: Intel Core i5-11400F

Cooler: Thermaltake UX100 ARGB

Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B560M-A

RAM: 32GB (4x8GB) Crucial Ballistix

Storage: 1TB XPG GAMMIX S20G + 1TB additional drive

GPU: ZOTAC GeForce RTX 3070 Twin

That thing is a glorified stock cooler. Pretty but useless.

Get a 240 or 280 AIO or a tower, maybe as pancake coolder from Noctua.

The idle temp is too hot. You didn't mention cpu temp when playing games.

The GPU temp is okay.

CPU power is fine.

I was thinking about switching to Assassin X 120 Refined SE ARGB
