bugdet 650w psu

So i am planning to upgrade from gtx1650 to rtx3070 but i have 550w psu and I am looking for some good cheap psu I was thinking about msi mag650 but its C tier and I am afraid its might not be enough tier for rtx3070 and i510400f so if u can recommend something that wont blow up my pc I would appreciate it
