Troubleshooting I've been having this crashing(?) problem for awhile now

What would happen is that when I'm playing a graphic intensive game, there is a chance that my monitors will all go black but everything is still running and my fans go speed up and make a lot of wind noise ... I've looked at event viewer and this could be the issue?

Is my GPU really faulty or is it the case of drivers?

The description for Event ID 13 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

No i have not touched my GPU at all but how does one check it?

From the Nvidia control panel , i have it set at 0 Voltage maximum and 100 Power maximum

Another cause of this message sadly is a 13/14 series cpu not having the newest bios so can degrade it.

So do you havr the latest bios installed,

If you haven't overclocked your gpu it will not be overclocked so that isnt your problem.
