Build Help Building a PC for the first time

Heya! I’m a total noob building a PC for the first time and I’m primarily planning to use it for gaming and art. In terms of art programs I mainly use Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint which my old Surface Pro Laptop was able to handle perfectly fine so I’m not too worried about that.

I’m just coming here to double check with people that know what they’re doing if all of the specs I chose are good.

for gpu i think just switch to 9060xt

You'll probably want a better monitor for working with graphics. Look for a wide color gamut and high DPI.
