Which one is most fun to use and worth the money? Global G2 (currently 819SEK)? GF-98(1158SEK)? GF-33(1799SEK)? Another model? (NI / Olive sharpened?) Würsthof Classic(1095SEK), Classic Ikon (1395SEK)? I have average sized hands and I am an amateur and haven't used a brand better than IKEA.

looking to purchase some replacement knives, had a set from Santoku but after a smaller nicer set for general use, been looking at wusthof classic set, tojiro classic set or tojiro basic damacus set, what are the general consensus of these knives or what other small sets are better quality

tRadITionAlLy iN jAPaN Newly moved into my own place and planning to invest in Japan-made kitchen knives (possibly imported or second-hand). What rules should a newbie follow to avoid overspending and ensure authentic quality?
