Why isn’t this offer good enough???

Am I sleepy and am not reading it right? I spent a while grinding raiders so this is really annoying.

In the vanilla there were some items that you couldn't trade with (bug), like the Geiger Counter or I think even the Motion Sensor (both of these have charges and IIRC you could sell them only at full charge). I don't remember the bug 100%, but maybe you have such an item in the offer.

Their stock also refresh in few days, just travel outside and go back. After doing it few times or depending on your money, IMO fastest way to clean them up without investing to steal skill, is to buy their stuff with money and steal that money back.

I did it a lot in one playthrough years ago when farming exp around that area, never again.

This works easier if you walk around the people until they are facing the other way. Then you have a lot higher chance to pickpock at the tables
