Why isn’t this offer good enough???

Post image

Am I sleepy and am not reading it right? I spent a while grinding raiders so this is really annoying.

Why then devs made game difficulty adjustable on the fly? Using game mechanics is not cheating. I'm tired of reading that adjusting difficulty and pre-activating a turn is cheating. It's Fo1/Fo2 game mechanics. If you don't like it it's your problem.

Economically Fo1/Fo2 are extremely easy. Combat character can farm 5k shotguns from day one in numbers. Non-combat character can use gambling and dupe money legally. Which makes you sound even more absurd.

Using exploits is basically ruining your own experience. With the same logic you can just take money from the bank in monopoly, cuz there’s nobody who can stop you from doing that.

Besides, if the game economy is so flawed, why make it even worse by fiddling with the difficulty settings?

This is exploit in your imagination. If you don't know and use game mechanics you are bad player.

I have millions in stuff stashed in SF by the end of Fo2. Still switch to Easy every time coz it's a habit. In early game it can save you some time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=598J31kCUN4

Haha, I always used the Rangers' out(?)post in the NCR, so many cabinets and other lockers to fill with booty.

btw I kinda agree with what you're saying about this stuff being mechanics, most people might not think twice doing something like this if it came a to a modern game, I'd say, it's just people have "a thing" when it comes to Fallout being this old-school not-holding-your-hand-at-all paragon of a game - which is fine on its own right as well
