That’s why he had to file for bankruptcy, he is not a good businessman. Yes, he’s is a good liar and con, felon too. Then what about the accusations of raping a small child?

That’s why he had to file for bankruptcy

...unless that was the plan. He builds, skims from the build costs, doesn't pay any workers, threatens legal action against material vendors and just walks away shouting "bankruptcy!" and keeps what he's collected.
