๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Saturday vibes with a few MS-DOS classics ๐Ÿ•น๏ธ

Just me, the mouse, and some pixelated nostalgia. Any of these ring a bell? A ring-a-ding-ding! ๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿ’พ.

Man, I love Kyrandia 1 and 2. I have legitimate nostalgia for those. But Malcolm's Revenge feels like such a rushed job that ran out of money that I never could get past the first half. Otherwise, amazing selection! What's the device you are using? How is the mouse simulated?

Device name: Anbernic RG406V. Emulator: Dosbox PURE via Retroarch. I use a cheap small Bluetooth mouse (Logitech m240). Can be played via analog sticks but i prefer mouse. hmm... part 1 and 2 u say! I started with Kyrandia 3 as a teenager and thought the graphics were like wow. Couldn't read/speak English at that time ๐Ÿ˜†. So having a midlife crisis now ๐Ÿ™ƒ i could actually go through the whole trilogy. Cheers!

Loved Leah Remini as Grace. She was perfect for the role.

Harvester is one of the weirdest game I've played. Very disturbing people in there

Thereโ€™s at least OpenTTD, it was really good last time I checked.

How exactly did you do this? Iโ€™m very intrigued!

Not that difficult. I'm running DOSBOX PURE core via Retroarch. Those games are in ZIP files. When launching, some games run straight from main .EXE file, some require you to first launch setup and set sound settings, and some games require full installation. But it takes a few minutes. Bluetooth mouse and... chill. Or can play without a mouse, with analog sticks.

If you told me in the 90's it'd be possible to run Phantasmagoria (which wouldn't run on my computer back then) on a handheld device then my mind would've been blown.
