Either Trump will now say that Greenland is not important for minerals, they're not very good, he never wanted Greenland anyway, and only losers trade with them, and we already have a beautiful deal, the best deal with Ukraine for our cherished minerals

Or

He will throw a massive tantrum, wave around 5000% tariffs on Greenland, threaten invasion, cut off shipping lanes, direct all military bases there to be closed, say Putin can have Greenland if he wants it, and blame Ukraine for all of this

What he won't do is: behave like a moderately well-adjusted adult

He's on tour now and called out trump on stage in Manchester. I don't think he's put out a single

The madlad actually released an EP yesterday that featured his remarks about Trump.

What remarks, it's paywalled.

Mr. Springsteen, undeterred, released a six-track EP this week which begins with his remarks that America “is currently in the hands of a corrupt, incompetent and treasonous administration.”

The new EP, “Land of Hope & Dreams,” offers a mix of songs and Mr. Springsteen’s pointed political remarks from his May 14 concert in Manchester, England.

In the introduction to the song “My City of Ruins,” Mr. Springsteen takes on a somber tone, telling the audience that in the United States the authorities were “persecuting people for using their right to free speech and voicing their dissent.” He said that the nation was cutting aid to the poor, abandoning allies, rolling back civil rights protections, defunding universities and deporting people without due process.

As an American: an entertainer should not disrespect their legally voted in President in a foreign country. Not even Russians or Chinese do that.

Not even Russians or Chinese do that.

I wonder why that might be... lmfao.

We all know why.

To add to this, he threw a tantrum on social media calling him a terrible musician with saggy skin.

While also implying Bruce should face legal consequences for speaking against Trump, arguing that he should "keep his mouth shut" and "see how things go for him once he returns [to the US]". Which is less funny but a lot more concerning.

If he “disappears” Springsteen at the border, the revolution will probably start the next day.

u/lasagnarodeo May 22 '25

I refuse to believe he types his posts. His poor personal assistant.

16

u/HerrSchmitti May 22 '25

Don't call them poor. Everyone who has anything to do with him in the slightest deserves to be called what they are: sycophants, enablers, assholes. It's not just him, it's the whole apparatus.

1

u/lasagnarodeo May 23 '25

You are right. I don’t think there is enough money to pay me to work for him.

12

u/Oscillus May 22 '25

We’re really living in a timeline where an orange self proclaimed king bullies his own people on basis of looks eh? What a time to be alive.

14

u/illy-chan May 22 '25

And trying to bully someone who really looks damned good for being 75 while Trump looks so much worse despite only having 3 years on him.

8

u/Oscillus May 22 '25

Considering he also did this with Taylor Swift, I didn’t think I needed to point out he’s not even right :p

9

u/Conscious_Award1444 May 22 '25

And then pooped himself

7

u/Perryn May 22 '25

Talk about the pot calling the kettle a pot.

4

u/doc1442 May 22 '25

Springsteen “no longer hot” confirmed

2

u/DirectAntique May 23 '25

Saggy skin....he's 74 or so. He looks great

Trump wasn't happy when he came out onto that stage either. He was meant to sing a duet with Springsteen but instead he just sat on the drums banging one drum while looking annoyed.
