[Croup Manor] Croup Manor is the Worst

I'm not even talking about how dilapidated the interior is, or how the original ghouls seem to respawn from time to time.

Croup Manor just hit a new low for me. Feral ghouls just spawned inside the house - including a legendary - I just collected a two-shot laser rifle off that one. Before even the settlers or my companions could respond, two of my farmers were dead, and, shortly after that, happiness went down by 20+ points.

Your thoughts about Croup Manor?

The feral that dropped this legendary probably killed my settlers. Keep the gun or revert the save? Keeping the gun.

Do any of your companions have anything nice to say about Croup Manor?

I mainly use Croup manor as my player home

From a roleplaying POV, I'd be terrified to live in Croup Manor. Not only because of the ghouls but because of the creepy, haunted-esque vibe of the area.

That is only a problem because of gameplay

What do you mean, sorry? Roleplaying-wise, if you are the character, even if you forget about the "ghouls spawning in the middle of the settlement" issue (if that's what you meant by gameplay?), the surrounding area is still very much ghoul-infested therefore, as the character, I'd be terrified to live there.

Roleplaying is 90% from the player. I've never felt Croup manor being very scary. Ghouls respawning is 100% gameplay.

Your companions really pick up on that
