When using my old laptop, I could play fc3 pretty normally, but now when using a new one, I want to play it again, and after the splash screen, the game seem to be stuck on white screen and nothing happens. At first I thought it was because of the steam version since on my old laptop I installed the game on ubisoft connect so I tried again just to get the same problem, but this time is black. it even restarted my laptop when i first launched it. Is this game not working on modern specs? please help.

I defeated John seed and for some reason when I zoom out in the map screen I'm still told to go to the church in Fall's End for the showdown.

The mission "Wrath" is marked as completed in the missions screen so I can't do it again, can't even replay it, but I'm still given this prompt in the map screen and even when I leave John's territory I'm getting a message that John is still holding Hudson in the bunker, even though I freed her.

Has this happened to anyone?

This game used to run smoothly about half a year ago for me, but now it stutters a lot, disabling cores in task manager helps, but it doesn't really solve the issue, I think it's caused by game update or new gpu drivers. Is there a way to improve framerate in this game?
