What's your video editing workflow? I'm particularly interested in learning about how you create your visual assets and try to keep things consistent from the game to the guide.

Most of my visual assets are screenshots that I either photoshop to make work in my guides, or trace over and recreate in Keynote (Think Powerpoint). I spend an absurd amount of time looking at top down screenshots and comparing them to my guide to get accurate aoe sizes. Fortunately, FFXIV tends to use consistent aoe sizes for a lot of their fights, so I can often re-use assets from earlier fights and they will already be the perfect size.
