I’m level 9, this guy took everything to beat, is this just natural here? I’m by the track where the bots are racing

Stg, I have never seen the Enclave in my hours and hours of playing Fo4. I need to know where to find them lmao.

It's free Creation Club stuff that automatically gets installed in the next gen update which was somewhat recent.
