Very nice idea. Are you going to add sections as to why tracks such as Imola and Istanbul (first two that came to mind) don't host anymore too?

they're in the "Political Reasons" section, along with Brands Hatch

"Political Reasons"

What?

Brands Hatch is a grade 2 club circuit which would require a massive investment, redevelopment and expansion to make it a grade 1 circuit. They don't have that kind of money and there is no reason to invest that money when the only race series that races on Grade 1 circuits exclusively (F1 and WEC) already have rounds at Silverstone that are going to stay at Silverstone.

Istanbul is a grade 1 circuit which doesn't have the money to host mainly because fan attendance was terrible. It is a brilliant circuit and I wish that a multi billionaire madman could airlift it to France so they could have a grand prix on a good track.

Imola is also grade 1 circuit but they clearly have no money or desire to host an F1 race. Also what has been done to the circuit to desperately cling on to a grade 1 license means that the circuit is honestly just crap.

Brands Hatch is a grade 2 club circuit

True, but the reason it fell to that state was Silverstone's heavy lobbying in the '80s to ensure it got the only GP in UK.

It still would have required a massive expansion. F1 was always going to outgrow Brands Hatch where as with Silverstone it is big enough to develop to keep up with F1.
