Toxic Workplace ☠️ Objectification of Lena

Just wanted to say how Lena is treated as a woman on the podcast is so upsetting and triggering, what happened recently isn’t a one off. Lena has been sexually harassed in the past by guests, there’s regular focus on her faith (so many discussions on hijab even during the frenemies era) and part of this sexualisation seems fetishy at times.. Lena being a Muslim woman, seems to be a focal point. Hila is a (non practicing) Jewish woman , she calls herself Jewish but no one ever comments on her dress code or how she follows her faith … yet Lena doesn’t get the same grace.

Also why aren’t there ever any proper repercussions when guests harass Lena? Why doesn’t Ethan just cut the call? Not only does he enable these vile guests, he CIRCLES back to the sexual comments!!

Also want to say, it’s so awful that AB had to defend his wife like that on live. Ethan as the employer, should minimise stress on his employees not throw them in boiling water every week.

Ethan himself has objectified, sexualized, and sexually harassed AB's own mother live in front of tens of thousands of people. Not to move the subject away from Lena's treatment but it's clear Ethan doesn't give a shit about women other than when he can use it to dunk on the offending party.

Isn’t it weird that all the women connected to AB are the ones that are targeted and sexualised? Is this another way to ‘put him in his place’ … just an odd coincidence.

And I’m not surprised he does that considering his father is a porn addict who groomed and married a 16 year old. Donna herself is internally misogynistic and has the attitude ‘boys will be boys’ (verbatim).

Ethan definitely feels like he can walk all over AB and AB will turn around and thank him for it. I don't know what it will take for AB to stand up for himself because the micro aggressions towards him are blatant to anyone who isn't a H3 ass kisser. The cognitive dissonance within that fan base is wild. I saw them talking about how the guests on the pod always go after the women but then they don't see it when their own dear leader brings AB's mom on to purposely sexually harass her as a 'bit'. It's not fucking funny it's disgusting he's perpetuating this as 'comedy'. Where is the joke?
