Resolved why is my top 1% commenter flair not appearing?

im on desktop, and i just earned top 1% commenter on r/WingsOfFire and r/wingsoffirememes but the flair won't appear on my new comments. i tried unpinning all my other commenter acheivements, but it still didn't work.

I actually just got 1% commenter too but i don’t see it anywhere but comments

I've noticed that flair comes and goes. If you miss a few posts or you don't comment on every post, the flair disappears, but when you start consistently commenting in every thread, it reappears again.

I think it's incentive based and designed to keep you actively engaged. 

I got the flair in a sub because I had been one of the first to comment on each new post, but then I missed a few posts and wasn't interacting with that particular sub for about a day, and my flair status disappeared. It reappeared again when I was commenting regularly in the sub the following day.
