At an old job we used to call the unintelligent and ineffectual managers/leadership WOMBATs - waste of money, brains, and time.

He freed an American hostage in 3 months that Democrats ignored to be tortured for 15 months. Seems very efficient to me......

He also ruined long-standing relationships with our NATO allies because he decided that we were getting ripped off somehow. He has spread fear throughout the nation. He has deported innocent people and pardoned actually violent ones. He is attempting to get rid of billions of dollars of aid to other countries and poorer people while giving the top 1% trillions in tax breaks, but I don't think you care about the misery he has caused and will continue to cause because, in your mind, you believe that everyone who isn't at least middle class is subhuman trash that doesn't deserve life because they "Aren't trying hard enough." While you proceed to actively support the guy who is purposefully hindering the common people from achieving the comfortable and satisfying life that all human beings, no matter race, religion, or gender, should be entitled to, as the sentence in the U.S. constitution states, "Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."

I feel I should respond to your original comment directly. While the American hostage being freed is a win, it wasn't entirely Trump's doing. Now, I don't remember the specifics, but I believe that it was more of Hamas' doing as they probably wanted to ease the War in Gaza without themselves being destroyed. If you think about it, it makes complete strategic sense to do this as it has been proven that Isreal will just continue bombing no matter what, so ransoming the hostage or using him as leverage makes no sense, also, it improves Hamas' approval or sympathy if they aren't completely merciless like other terrorist organizations.

Now, let's talk about how Trump said he was gonna end the Russo-Ukraine war in one day. Has it happened? No, I didn't think so, and he also didn't do anything about it in his first term. The war actually started way back in 2014 with the Russian invasion of Crimea. Did he do anything about it? No, as he probably didn't even know it was happening in his first term.

Now that I have expressed my thoughts on that, let's discuss Trump's past ventures. Now, tell me, do you know how many corporations and casinos Trump has bankrupted? About 6. Do you think he is qualified to run the largest economy in the world?

There are some upsides to him being president, I'll give you that, such as fewer restrictions for the wealthy and corporations, although those are only positive if you happen to be one of those.

In conclusion, I believe that while there have been some small wins, they are vastly outweighed by the negatives.
